So I sent in all my secondaries in early August and it’s been radio silence from all of my MD schools other than one pre-II hold and 2 rejections. Is it ever recommended to send pre-II letters of interest? I’m planning to send an update letter with a grade when I finish a class in December and I’ll have more shadowing hours too. I guess should I wait until then or is it a good idea to send letters of interest now to the schools I really want to go to?
