After 3 LONG and painful applications cycles, I am going to my top choice dream school. I wanted to share my story to motivate any of my fellow reapplicants. Never give up on chasing your dreams. I went through WLs and and post II Rs, I considered switching paths but decided to give it another shot last year and really focused on hammering down my narrative with new experiences. I faced immense pressure from my parents, friends, community members. I endured giving the same answer of “still waiting to hear back” for two and a half years. That anxiety and sense of shame was difficult, those stressful and sleepless nights of worrying about not making it were brutal, that constant feeling of doubt and uncertainty killed me, but it is all over now. If anything, that struggle has made this achievement feel even sweeter.

PLEASE NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS!!! YOU WILL MAKE IT! PAIN IS TEMPORARY AND GLORY IS FOREVER!
