Help me figure out what went wrong?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but hopefully is ok:

My stats: gpa 3.96, bio major combined BS/MS in 3.5 years, MCAT 518. CO resident, ORM. ~2000 research hours, 400 service hours, and leadership in multiple clubs during college. No paid clinical hours at time of submission, but have been working FT as a scribe/MA since July and updating schools w hours as I went. I've attached my sankey, and just a note that RVU gave me an Accepted Pending Space offer so I will not know if I'm in for class of 2030 or 2031 until some time in July.

So what went wrong? School list too unbalanced? No clinical hours at time of submission? If you were me would you take the DO offer (if it comes) or reapply? I'm honestly totally happy taking a second gap year and will find something cool and useful to do, but I would rather not end up in the same spot again in a year. I have nothing against either DO school except cost and lack of resources for research (a big interest of mine, I already did my masters and everything.)

Appreciate any thoughts or advice! If anyone is in a similar boat feel free to reach out, and to everyone else on waitlists or thinking about reapplying, best of luck!
