Was thinking of sending an update to some of my top choices, but don't have any big changes in my app. I changed my volunteer position (different section of the hospital), and my clinical hours are more than I wrote on my application. Is that worth writing an update letter? Thinking it is also a way to reaffirm my mission alignment/interests in these schools if I write them "individually"? Is there any way that submitting these would be viewed as a negative? Or only neutral or positive? Thanks!
