I've been hearing abt how Mayo (MN) struggled to match any derm this year, and how they seemed to be struggling with getting stable numbers for ortho surgery, plastics, and derm. I'm not sure why this has been happening, and I'm getting anxious about matriculating to Mayo. Was match rates for those comp specialties 0 or near 0 because people weren't interested, lack of connections, support, etc? Any insights or suggestions on how to approach this??
