For next cycle, don't let anyone discourage you from applying late. I submitted my MD secondary's from October to December, and was interviewed by schools from which I applied October 25, November 14 and December 1st and eventually accepted to one on May 1st. I will say, it wasn't ideal, it was extremely stressful, and I definitely hurt my chances of getting interviewed elsewhere, but I got into one school and that's all that matters.
