Can I kindly ask those who have had successful interview invites after sending in an update letter what you included in the letter besides your activities? Did you talk about patient care lessons learned? Did you add stories (show not tell)? Was it just a list of activities followed by an ask for an interview? Did you include a mini "why this school?" I have sent some out but have not received positive outcome from them? There has been an uptick of activity today for interviews and I am wondering if my update letters were not on point.
