I plan to matriculate into a T10 with no AOA or ranking. I understand it is better for class morale and camaraderie, but if I want to match into a competitive specialty, would others from schools with AOA on their resumes give them an advantage? For my classmates and me, not having it wouldn't be a disadvantage, but just a nonfactor? Can somebody explain this to me lol sorry I just have a hard time understanding this.
