3.98, 528, T-20 non-Ivy undergrad

Research: 700 hours - mainly basic science, but with a slow/unproductive but very nice PI. No productivity at the time of submission, but was able to update with 1 first-author and 1 second-author poster for local/national conferences.

Clinical: 800 hours - around 2/3 scribing and 1/3 as a clinical volunteer

Non-clinical: 0 hours (given how my cycle went, definitely something I'd wish I did differently)

Teaching: 500 hours of independent tutoring and tutoring through various companies

Shadowing: 40 hrs with one specialty (urology)

Clubs/Leadership: none
