I’m from NYC and hoping to match back home. I’m pretty set on ortho. NYMC has really solid match results in NYC and for ortho. However, UCLA clearly has stronger prestige.

That said, I’m a bit concerned about some of the internal issues at UCLA. I’m also nervous about being so far from home and away from family.

Cost would be the same for both schools, so that’s not a factor. Curious to hear people’s thoughts.
