Anyone been accepted but super disappointed to where? I mean, I'm sure it's not uncommon at all, but I was on the waitlists for 5 institutions and got an A to one. It was an uber safety school, and I'd quite literally jump off a cliff if I got the chance to go to three of the other schools I'm holding a WL at. Location of the school I'm accepted at seems so depressing, and I know I'll have to work extremely hard to get the connections to match well in whatever specialty. Again, I am grateful that I've been accepted and Ik the common saying is "don't apply to somewhere you wouldn't want to go" but if I followed that mentality, I'd be prepping a reapp right now (nothing but the absolute best of luck for yall reapplicants). Idk ig it's just a vent post but ugh.
