EGG DROP SOUP

sauté ginger and garlic

Add rotisserie chicken, spinach, corn

Pour in chicken broth

Bring To Boil. Reduce To Simmer.

As you stir the soup add in corn starch slurry

Beat eggs in a bowl. Stir the soup fast as you slowly pour in the eggs. Take off heat immediately.

Season using soy sauce or anything else you'd like

Serve with Scallions and chili oil
