Reapplicant from NY, wanted to come on here and say to be cautious when applying to VTC my interviewer (traditional one) was very discriminating against LGBTQ members. Instead of addressing the LGBTQ community she would often say "your people" and stayed silent whenever it came up in my interview and digressed whenever I would talk about the LGBTQ community. She ended up getting into a heated argument with me and I so badly wanted to leave that interview. Grew up in NY but maybe the south isn't as friendly as they say! VTC, what a disappointment will be going to a higher ranked school anyway!!
