Hey! so just got finished with a Mayo interview and wanted to know if anyone was familiar with the thank you, letter of interest, letter of intent protocol.

I heard online that they recommend to upload your thank you's to the Mayo portal instead of emailing directly. Will they get back to you if you just upload, and could you do both or is it frowned upon.

When creating the letter of interest / letter of intent, does there have to be any information similar in style to an update letter or can i simply restate what makes mayo special to me and end with each respective closing? Also when should I send this, should I wait a couple of weeks but make sure to send before December break season.

Sorry for the long questions, just really want to go here and don't want to mess things up!
