I’ve noticed being on admit that there are a lot of religious folks in the pre med world. I am personally atheist and faith has not been a motivator or part of my journey to medicine. I love learning about people’s experiences and thoughts on religion and faith. For folks who hold faith close to them in this process I am curious what role it has played for you? Is it a motivation to go into medicine? Do you find it ever is conflicting in a science based field or is it complementary? Idk I’m just truly curious and would love to hear people’s thoughts on this just to learn new perspectives
