Got my last decision today and here’s my final sankey. Ngl I was delusional and thought it would go better because I thought my ECs and story were strong but ig everything boils down to stats and demographics. Not complaining ab the cycle tho.

Stats:

MCAT: 513, retook it because I was confident I could score higher but got a 510 on my retake bc I was sick 💀

GPA: 3.9

Undergrad: t15, bio major

Demographic: SoCal ORM, LA born and raised and went to college there

Research: REU + scholarship; 4 total labs, 2K hours

Clinical: 700 volunteering, 2.5k MA

Takeaway: don’t retake ur mcat
