I know if I haven't gotten an II it's probably over, but the fact that I submitted early July and haven't heard anything while they've axed almost their entire applicant pool, especially July submitters, is making me go a bit bonkers. I keep seeing R wave after R wave, and it looks like they're still sending out pre-II July submission Rs, but still nothing?!?!
