i went into thanksgiving with only 1 II, but have received 2 more since. i had started to believe i might be cooked but now im praying at least one II turns into an A :) just wanted to post because my self confidence has been in the gutter and hope maybe this can help others who might not have a pile of II’s.

with that being said, does anyone have any tips for interviews? my first is early january and i have NO clue what to expect. i know one of the interviews is an MMI and im just overwhelmed and considering i have a full time job, i have no clue when or where to start
