Would I regret passing up Duke (true P/F) for Pritzker or Feinberg if I truly know that I am a city person who didn’t quite vibe with Durham?

Parents are telling me to choose the place that sets me up best for career success and that Duke would only be 4 years (plus could spend 3rd year away for research), but I have always thrived in cities and honestly do not love driving…

Honestly terrified of H/HP/P/F clinicals at Feinberg and Pritzker, though, and going through lots of uncertainty re: specialty. I wonder if P/F is my safest bet given I am first-gen in college/medicine, have taken a few years off, and expect the academics to be a hurdle compared to peers who are already in the studying groove and more savvy around the culture of medicine. Feel like I’m going crazy trying to rationalize here!

Due to financial need and external scholarships, I’m expecting minimal cost of attendance at all, so $ is not a factor here.
