Maybe this is a hot take, but I really cannot stand such an impersonal format. It feels like I'm prepping for a political debate or speed dating. I'm not sure how anyone is supposed to get to know me, who I am as a person, or what type of physician I'll be when I'm expected to dance for 5 minutes in front of a stranger.
