I sent an update letter to this school in December, and their auto-reply says to confirm that it was received after 10 days through the "communication status" section of the applicant portal. Mine never showed up there in the portal, so I emailed and they confirmed they received it and that it was in my file and portal (even though I still don't see it on my end). I'm glad they have it, but was just wondering if this happened to anyone else?
