Hi everyone! I hope you are taking care of yourself during this grueling process. I would love any feedback or advice regarding my app. I am a current applicant, but haven't received any interviews. (6 R and 3 hold/ out of 35 schools). Any and every guidance would be appreciated :) I am in my 2nd gap year. I submitted all my secondaries July & August.

State: PA, with close ties to IL

Clinical: 1500+; combination of 50 hours at a safety-net clinic (this is low, but it was a rotational position), as well as my current gap year position

Shadowing: 80 hours across 6 specialties

Research: 1000+ across a few different projects, 1 manuscript in review, 1 presentation (nothing really longitudanal)

Service: 1500 (Americorps) with a cause that was very meaningful to me and my story + 200 (education-based). Community service is really important to me and a central piece of my application

Teaching: TA across 4-5 courses in undergrad

I had a few other pieces that made up my application, including work (I worked part-time/full-time throughout college). Low SES, ORM, and a slight downtrend in GPA due to external circumstances, which I explained in the primary.

Is there much hope for the December, January, February months?
