here I was thinking there's actually a decent chance of getting off at least one waitlist, come to find out they only pull roughly 10% of people off?? (this is just for the schools I was WL at, I'm sure some schools have more movement). brutal. I get that they're probably insulating against people withdrawing from the WL, etc. but still, feels like more false hope
