e.g. BU on admit is 44% but on cycletrack it’s way lower for both MD and MD/PhD (for the last 3 years)

whats causing the skewed data on cycletrack if admit has the “true” statistic? if it was just people not reporting later on in the cycle wouldnt it be unbiased in terms of them getting a R or A and then choosing to/ not to report?
