So is it mandatory to reduce our number of acceptances to 3 + WL by April 15th? Some sources online are saying its a suggested traffic rule and others are saying its madatory and I don't want to get my offers rescinded.

Asking because I genuinely can't think of my final three until these aid packages are in and one school doesn't even have 2nd look until April 17th.

Some people at these schools are even saying that some schools are considering giving out scholarships after the 15th, and others are using ambiguous language about finaid release like "mid April"
