For my fellow anxious gals and guys:
Some life changing advice that was given to me in therapy when struggling with anxious thoughts and I hope this helps a little bit during this time--
Anxiety lives in the "what if?" so if you find yourself wondering and stressing about the unknown or what could be (or couldn't be) start asking yourselves: "What evidence do I have to support this thought?"
Most likely the answer is "nothing" because we constantly spiral wondering what if for all the possible outcomes that we really don't have evidence to support. Hope this helps and brings you some peace of mind!
